Narrow Escape: Find Beckett
Beckett is located at Rollins Labor Camp, one of the many homes of the Blood Eagles.
Narrow Escape: Speak with Beckett
Apparently Beckett ticked off the higher ups in the Blood Eagles. Now they are holding him prisoner, against his will. You will find Beckett inside the large crane after you fend off a host of Blood Eagles combatants.
Once you meet Beckett for the first time, he seems very anxious like he's strung out on chems. As the dialog unfolds, you will learn that Beckett was attempting to retire as a Blood Eagle when he was caught. Now, they intend to make an example of him which is why the situation is so dire.
Narrow Escape: Locate the Keys to Beckett's jail cell
The keys to Beckett's freedom is located somewhere on the property of Rollins Labor Camp. Beckett gives a clue when he tells you that "It must be in the room of the camp leader". Just outside the door, you'll see a map marker letting you know the precise location.
The Key is in a steamer trunk and it's rigged to an alarm. I didn't know that before I attempted to open the trunk as five or six Blood Eagles jumped on me. Maybe there is a way to disarm should someone know in advance.
Narrow Escape: Unlock the Jail Cell
I now have the key and I need to return to Beckett to release him from his cell.
Narrow Escape: Speak with Beckett
Beckett is thankful that you have rescued him from his prison. He's still worried that the Blood Eagles will track him down. He has asked you to find his belongings that will help to finally put an end to the Blood Eagles. He says that his belongings are in a camp called, "The Sludge Works".
Beckett also needs a place to hull up. If you invite him to your camp, he will meet you there after you build his dream bar.
Narrow Escape: Retrieve Beckett's Belongings
The Sludge Works is a Blood Eagle camp. One could sneak in on the south side of the camp and steal the belongings back without being seen.
Narrow Escape: Build Beckett's Bar at your C.A.M.P.
When you get back to your camp, access your C.A.M.P. menu and you will find a category named "Quests". You will find Beckett's bar (along with any other Ally item) located under selection. Once you building the bar, Beckett will show up and stand behind it as an NPC for your camp.
