Learn how to sound the hanging bell at any of the Finger Ruins including Finger Ruins of Dheo and Finger Ruins Rhia in Shadow of Erdtree. Once you have the required item, any of the Finger Ruin bells should work again and you can continue the quest to evetually unlock and fantastic boss fight under the Cathedral Of Manus Metyr.
