KBD67 MKII with Lubed H1 Switches Typing Sounds

Board: KBD67 MKII (Gray), hotswap
Plate: Brass
Foam: MKUltra Case foam and PCB Foam
Switches: H1 linear switches, lubed with 205g0, spring swapped TX 65g, TX Filmed.
Stabilizers: Durock Stabilizers lubed with 205g0
Keycaps: GMK White-On-Black
Deskmat: Skulls Deskmat from DixieMech

So after going through the process of ultrasonic cleaning and lubing these H1 switches myself, I have come to the conclusion that the sound is deeper than Alpacas/Mauves.
UPDATE ON THE CONCLUSION - I have tested a full board of lubed mauves as well as a full board of lubed H1's.. and the sound is SO SLIGHTLY different that I would say that you could treat both the Alpaca/Mauve the same as the H1. We have been bamboozled again. The sound test for the Mauves with this same board will be up on my channel soon.
I really enjoy the sound signature of these switches. Just like other Durock/JWK switches, they're extremely smooth right out of the gate. Lube just primarily changes the sound.
I still would lean towards a Gateron Ink over this switch, still. The Gateron Ink Black just has a very unique sound.. I would NOT use these with the stock springs though - these have been spring swapped to TX 65g springs.

Overall, these are a solid switch. I'm glad I got a set. I prefer these over alpacas/mauves and they are a solid contender to my favorite, Gateron Ink Blacks. In their stock form, they are very smooth and quite usable. They do not have the deep thock that I personally crave, though. In my stream, I did lube and film a few and they sounded really good. A full sound test of the H1's lubed and filmed will be coming soon!
