When deploying an agent on your custom website, passing context variables from the webpage to the agent enhances user interactions. Context variables allow the agent to provide tailored responses. For example, pass a web analytics tracking ID to analyze web and agent analytics together, an order ID to avoid re-entering it, the current webpage to customize the agent's responses, or the webpage's language for language-specific interactions. This involves two steps: passing the context from the webpage to the agent and saving it as a variable in the agent. Include these values in your JavaScript code when calling the agent.
