I've seen the power of the widowhail quiver tech on manaforged arrows and been brainstorming this idea for a beloved build ive played in the past, spark, which had a proj speed nerf in 3.21. this addition more than un-nerfs the proj speed while giving the potential to outscale standard spark builds in damage and tankiness as well
