Enable the Copy and Paste functionality Between Hosts and Guest VMs in VirtualBox
Oracle's VirtualBox software is a free virtualization platform that you can use to run virtual machines (VMs) on your desktop. It will allow you to copy file from host to guest and vice versa. It will also do the same with items from the clipboard such as text. Its disabled by default but very easy to enable and you can even enable it while the VM is running.
