Finally brought home the new Rabbits!
After several weeks of anticipation, we finally got a buck and two does to start our rabbitry. We drove to Campbell, TX to RoseOak Ranch so we could meet with P.J. Larue Smith, a reknown breeder of TAMUK Composite rabbits. TAMUK stands for Texas A&M Kingsville, the college campus in South Texas which spent several decades developing this heat resistant line of meat rabbits. Check out our new renewable meat source...
