Flutter is a mobile App SDK by Google which helps in creating modern mobile apps for iOS and Android using a single(almost) code base. Unlike other frameworks like ReactNative, it uses Dart and not the JavaScript as a programming language.

This video is part of flutter tutorial series, by the end of which we'll have a working ToDo applications being built using flutter. if you know react native, you will also understand the flutter vs react native
