Welcome to my video series on Apache Kafka, an open source, distributed event streaming platform. This is an introductory video on apache Kafka and I've explained all major topics of Apache Kafka in a simple way without any code.

Whether you're a seasoned software professional or a newcomer, you'll be able to understand the complete internal of Apache Kafka in this video.

I've talked about Apache Kafka topics which is an abstraction and Apache Kafka partitions where the data is stored actually. Apache Kafka partitions also use segments to store the data, but I haven't talked about that in this video.

This video also explains the producer and consumer behaviour of Apache Kafka and how multiple producer and consumers can interact with apache Kafka topics and store the data in Kafka partitions.

Also, How the Kafka consumers can behave as an standalone consumers as well as consumer groups which will help things in scaling of the service offered using Kafka.
