WhatsApp has a feature to let you video call with friends, similar to FaceTime. If your video calls aren't working there are several things you can do. First, make sure you have the camera setting enabled for WhatsApp in the app's settings. Second, check your internet connection and make sure it's fast enough. Then you may want to offload the app and reinstall it. You may also need to reset your iPhone or Android to get it working again. If your video or camera is still black or blank and not working you may need to contact Apple or Samsung or the maker of your phone to see if it's a hardware issue with the camera instead.
