How long does it take to write a blog post? You might be surprised how quickly you can produce high-quality content. These tips will help you get started on your next blog post fast!
These Would NORMALLY be the steps to Write a Blog Post, but now with AI you don't have to!
Step one: Start with a topic. Ask yourself what you want to write about? Make sure it's something your audience would be interested in reading about, too. Don't forget to include keywords that are relevant for SEO purposes.
If you don't have an idea, do some research on the internet or even take a look at your analytics to find out what your audience is searching for.
Step two: Write a list of steps you want to include in the post, then divide them into sections that are about 300 words each. Once you have everything laid out, start writing! If you get stuck or run into writer's block just move onto another section and come back later. Don't push yourself too hard if you aren't feeling inspired.
Step three: Edit your work! Once it's written, go through and make sure everything is in the right order and correct any spelling or grammar errors. Then check that each section has 300 words (or whatever length you set out to write). You can always add more content if you need to!
Step four: Format your content. Once the writing is done, it's time to edit for formatting purposes. Make sure bullet points are spaced out evenly and subheadings are all formatted correctly. Use H tags where appropriate (this can be found under 'Paragraph' on Word). If you use a third party blogging platform, there might be a plugin you can install to make this easier. Make sure everything is consistent throughout the post so it looks professional and not jumbled together!
Step five: Read through your content one more time before publishing. Just go over some final checks for spelling mistakes or formatting errors that weren't caught in steps three and four. Then, hit publish!
Now that you know how to write a blog post, why not get started on your next steps today? It doesn't need to take forever; use these steps and watch the quality go up while the time goes down. Remember: don't push yourself too hard if you aren't feeling inspired!
