Year 1 Term 2 Week 05 Day 4 doubling
In today's lesson the children are introduced the idea that doubling is another form of repeated addition i.e. adding 2 objects to 2 objects to find the double. They then first draw and then use counters to represent the doubling process before using repeated addition to find doubles.
