Instead of Holding the Moon lantern aloft and Suffering the Berating Barbs of the Feywild Creature, release her and ask for her help and she'll grant you a Pixie Bell, that when rung grants the Pixie's Blessing, Keeping the Ill effects of the Curse at Bay AND keeping your hands free for combat!
