You will learn how to import 3d object with textures in DaVinci Resolve 17.

In the tutorial we will first import a complex low poly 3D mesh made in Blender and then apply textures to it!

Get the 3D obj file and the textures from here:

Notes:
To be able to upload a 3D object to DaVinci Resolve 17, we first need a 3D model and the textures.
Importing is done using the import FBX Scene feature in Fusion tab.
In this tutorial I only use a limited set of maps, as those are the only one that Resolve 17 supports.
I will use Cook Torrance node as my shader node. I will link the base color, the metallic, roughness and normal map to the respecting inputs in the cook-torrance.

You can edit the settings of the metallic and roughness map in the specular section of the cook-torrance.
