Context: This is a Re-Written story based on the Violation Venice Commission Fanart by CaptainKirb back in March 9, 2022. In this Universe, Frag, Mayor G "Gary" and Melody were born on the same year and have a family. so this means that this is from a Different Universe Compared to CaptainKirb's Original version. I know it's the same designs but the story is very different.
