"Elections in times of crisis" conference - part 2 (in English)
A major parliamentary conference on “elections in times of crisis” took place in Bern, Switzerland, on 9-10 May 2023, focusing on how to make democracies more resilient in the face of pandemics, warfare, terror attacks, natural disasters and new digital technologies.
Part 2 shows the third session on the theme: "How to be fair in warfare? – the impact of armed conflict on elections" (Monday 9 May 2023, afternoon).
