Ableton Live 11 - Hybrid Reverb Demo
This video is a dive into the new hybrid reverb plugin that comes with Ableton Live 11! I'm thrilled about this plugin. It will be used heavily, taking away the need to have valhalla, etc. in every project.
It is essentially two reverb units in one. A convolution reverb and an algorithmic. The convolution replicates specific spaces, while the algorithmic creates digital ones.
As you can hear, you get the best of both worlds and can dial in tones that would be unfeasible on a typical reverb unit. I have axe fx, strymon pedals, and numerous plugins, and I can safely say that this plugin holds its own!
