How do you Express a Hypothesis in French with SI? | 5-Minute French Lesson
In French, we have two main ways to express hypothesis with SI. One in the past, and one in the future. Both of them requires the use of specific tenses such as imparfait, conditionnel présent, présent and futur simple. It can seem intimidating to form a French sentence using SI to talk about a hypothesis but it's actually really easy since the sentence structure is the same as in English.
