Sweet version of Ratatouille was requested! That's actually amazing!
Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1/2 lemon juice
Pinch salt
1/4 cup butter

Dissolve sugar in water and add berries, cook for a few minutes, and add lemon juice salt, and butter. Let the butter melt and blend. Thinly slice apples, pears, plums or peaches, and pineapple. Assemble as shown in my video and bake at 350 for 30 min.
