Rotation Matrix Calculations Explained | Numerical Methods with Python 5
This video provides an intuitive understanding of the numerical values inside of a rotation matrix. A pure Z axis rotation is used to illustrate the reason why rotation matrices are formulated the way they are. For this case, we can use simple trigonometry of a triangle to calculate the coordinates of a rotated reference frame.
