UDairy Creamery introduces cheese curds
The UDairy Creamery now produces and sells cheese! At the Newark and Wilmington locations, the student-run organization is
offering cheese curds in plain, ranch or Old Bay flavors. More cheese
products will be released starting in the fall. Cheese and other products will be processed in the UD's new Charles A. Genuardi '70 and Patricia Genuardi Food Innovation Laboratory. Learn more.
