Six-Armed Theros Giants - Gegenees - Monster of the Week
The gegenees are a fearsome people of six-armed giants. Originally found in Greek mythology, they've made their way into tabletop games for obvious reasons. Pathfinder has a version of these guys, so it was about time for D&D 5E to get them, especially since we have Theros as a D&D setting.
