Most of my builds are designed with the fewest mods possible so as to avoid CTD, and other headaches. Perks are pretty vanilla - no Ordinator or some such mod - so its the usual eagle eye perk which lets me zoom in.
Lastly the less intrusive preset is a WIP preset I'm using that simulates the camera perspective you'd get in regular 3rd person shooters.
