How to make a Gin Bramble
Essentially a gin sour with a splash of blackberry liqueur. A tasty number that balances the sourness with sweet fruit flavours.

INGREDIENTS
45mL Gin
22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
22.5mL Creme de Mure (or substitute with Chambord)

HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients except the creme de mure to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake & strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
3. Garnish with skewered blackberries or a a twist of lemon
