Arkay’s Commandment is a Requiem-based and 3Tweaks-based mod list that aims to provide a fair, challenging Skyrim experience. You will be pressured to manage your resources efficiently, plan your travels carefully, and take on all encounters cautiously, while always needing a backup plan. There will be a somewhat steep learning curve for those not used to playing a more punishing list, but progression feels much more meaningful and earned.
