Finally responding to your suggestion - here is the first part to a full streaming guide series! An introduction to streams, viewing it from a perspective where we break it down as a skillset in order to understand how to form a base understanding of streams - and that's with the bursts and short streams. To learn how to stream, you master the bursts first - and DO NOT play stream practice maps with the belief that you are learning how to stream. It is too difficult, and it's not a practical approach in my opinion - you are just spamming the keys in hopes that you match the BPM without fully understanding rhythm sense, finger control and accuracy.
