Follow Us as we share with you our recent buffet dinner dining experience at Edge, a restaurant located within the Pan Pacific Singapore.

We booked ourselves a table for the "Ocean Seafood Night Dinner Buffet" which boasted a "smorgasbord" selection of seafood cuisines including some fine curations of fresh ingredients from the ocean such as Boston Lobsters, crabs, succulent river prawns and fresh oysters!

Available from Wednesdays to Sundays, the buffet dinner comes with an unlimited serving of beverages including Teh Tarik, Iced Lemon Tea, Orange Juice, Coffee and Tea. We particularly enjoyed the Seafood Platter, Sashimi Platter, and the fresh oysters which were really nicely presented to whet our appetite. The seafood was really fresh and tasty. Also, the grilled platter which consisted of Pork Sausage, River Prawn and Peppery Kabayaki Chicken Thigh was really delicious too. The grilled meat was juicy and tender and it left us craving for second and third helpings. Southeast Asian Delights including Nonya Laksa, Peranakan Cuisine (e.g., Chop Suey, Tamarind Pork Belly, and "Kam Heong" Fish Fillet) suited our taste buds as well.

We ended the evening with some sweet treats including dollops of ice-cream and Durian Pengat!

Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience as the restaurant was staffed with really attentive, warm and friendly service personnel who made sure that all diners were well looked after, and that the orders were attended to in an efficient manner.

So, thumbs up for Edge which we would strongly recommend to all our viewers! :D
