Dynasty Warriors 8 -How to get 4th Weapons in Ambition mode

Well I figure out from my experience that I've played a couple of games on hard and chaos. But since I know that I wouldn't be able to get all the 4th weapons easy without having to level up characters so I went into ambition mode.
1st get enough minearls to boost up the blacksmith level up until its reach its max. This may require some playing so after you have reach the max for the blacksmith then make sure you have enough money to purchase as you have seen the cost of the fourth weapons. Hope this helps.
