1: WHY: Why the f*ck do you want to get fit? Go deep and ask yourself
2: BELIEVE: Visualise your future self and question whether or not you truly believe you are capable of attaining it.
3: GOALS: Don’t try to perfect a habit you haven't even started
4: ACCOUNTABILITY - Write your goal down, tell your friends and create a vision board
5: MOMENTUM: Keep the momentum rolling and start writing down your goal along with 5 things you need to do in order to reach it.
