Recreating Division style loot drop system. Dropped items per drop instance call are sorted based on rarity. The rarity beam and other general effects are based on highest rarity item of that drop group. with each rarity type descending within that drop cluster. Also, outer beam pulsates but if the player is within 600units of drop, hides it. Entire drop item is rotated based on players camera look at position. The loot drop icons are setup as world space to rotate towards the player. based on drop number, the Z offset is multiplied. giving the effect of always centered.
