Workhorse USPS Contract Could Be Back On Soon - WKHS Stock - OSK Stock
The United States Postal Service announced a contract Tuesday (Feb 23) with Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) to produce the post office's next-generation delivery vehicle.
An initial contract worth $482 million will see Oshkosh produce the new vehicles. The deal could be worth as much as $6 billion for up to 165,000 vehicles.
Lawmakers are now working on stopping the contract due to Oshkosh not producing an electric vehicle fleet. If so Workhorse was the only full electric vehicle company in the running
