My name is Filipe Leal and I'm a former senior consultant at McKinsey and a top 5% performer within the firm. During my time at McKinsey, I interviewed more than 500 candidates. I identified a number of common mistakes candidates commit, such as being inflexible and stuck in frameworks. My approach is different than Victor Cheng and other self-proclaimed "Consulting Gurus". I will teach you how to actually think as a top consultant, not to memorise books, frameworks and complicated formulas. Your brain is mouldable - by learning how top consultants think, you will be able to acquire the problem solving skills that are so highly regarded in companies and useful for any leadership role.
