At this time of year it can be such a battle to find the motivation to work on our businesses and generate productivity. We've just been through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve and everything is out of kilter. So how the hell are we going to find the energy to start working towards our biggest goals??
For me the idea of "flow" is so powerful. It's a state of pure, unimpeded focus on the task that we're dealing with at the time, and when you're there it feels as though you can achieve just about anything.
In this video, I give you an idea of what knocks me out of a flow state, and the tools and techniques that I use to find my flow again, so I can stay on-track and make 2020 super-productive.
