BUS OPERATORS INCUR LOSSES AS A RESULT OF LONG DISTANCE DUE TO KATONGA BRIDGE COLLAPSE
Bus drivers plying routes via Masaka to other parts of western Uganda have decried the long distances and increase in fuel prices following Uganda National Roads Authority’s decision to close off Masaka road following Katonga Bridge collapse.
The General Manager, Kisenyi Bus Terminal, Saturday Muhwezi, says the bus companies have not increase transport fairs because that is a decision that can only be taken by Uganda Bus Owners Association.
