Windows failed to start or 0xc0000225 boot error in Virtualbox
Virtual box has a certain setting that needs to be on for Windows guests to work
As the default setting is off, the start up will instantly fail with either a
Status: 0xc0000225 Info: An unexpected error has occurred
or
Windows failed to start
This is because in Settings - System "enable IO APIC" is checkbox is not selected
