I would say it's pretty stable/predictable and can definitely be faster than this.
I think 1:44.0x or even a high 1:43 should be possible.
For this run I used Softs and track temp was set at 17°C, but with Mediums and 28°C high 1:44s were possible as well.
A couple of tips: at T1/San Donato and T2/Luco avoid accelerating if you're over the kerb. It's tricky and the rear tries to slide a lot.
For the exit of turn 3 and turn 5, instead, pay attention to the outside kerb: don't apply to much steering angle while being over them otherwise you'll spin.
