Genshin Impact Tier Lists get outdated and suffer from various biases.
To solve the issue we used a MCDA framework to score all the 5⭐ units in Genshin including Baizhu.
Feel free to make a copy of the file; you will find linked below. Adjust the criteria and the weights based on what matters to you the most.
You may disagree with our evaluation and assigned scores, but that's totally fine as you can change scores based on your perspective on the characters.
Stay consistent though throughout so you get reliable results.
