Oil has begun flowing from Alberta to Burnaby, B.C., in the expanded Trans Mountain pipeline. The megaproject faced no shortage of hurdles getting built, including soaring costs, protests and court challenges. Opponents stand by their efforts to shut the project down, even if they didn't succeed.
