Preface:
To Convert From CK2 To EU4 you need the CK2 To Eu4 DLC. (10 Dollars)
To Convert From EU4 To Vic2 you need the Heart of Darkness DLC for Vic2 (20 Dollars)
To unzip the EU4 TO Vic2 Mod and the Vic2 To Hoi4 Mod you need to get a unzipper program like 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/). (Free)
