Waist-Down Clips (2 of 2)
A Swungover (tm) combination of three clips of film found on the Corbis footage site from what was apparently a film shoot involving Southern California swing dancers. Lindy Hop, Bal-Swing and Shag are represented.
POSSIBLE DANCERS: Though we can't see their faces, they are obvious SoCal dancers of Lindy Hop, Balboa, and Shag.
DATE: Corbis said the clips were form 1942, though these dates are not necessarily dependable, as nothing else about them is known, according to Corbis, and sometimes times the dates something is filmed is not the date written on the canister the film came in.
