I know submitting Pokemon Cards to Beckett (BGS) is not streamline as PSA grading submission. If you're aiming for that Beckett Pristine 10 Black Label. This is the video to watch. There are two methods of submitting Pokemon cards to Beckett the BGS Submission form and the online portion. Also, sending cards to CGC is not the only option for sending bulk pokemon cards. If you send your bulk to Beckett as no-sub grades economy they give free sub-grades if you either a pristine gold or black label. CGC is not the only option sending bulk pokemon cards. If you have xy evolutions charizard holo bleed for example, you can add that to the beckett label as well.
