She broke the American Record at 40 years old!
Congratulations to Christiana Trucks for breaking the American Record in the 400m for her age group (40-44 Year-Old Female Masters).
Christiana has been working 1 to 1 online with the Sprint Club's Olympic Coach Wyndell Dickinson and she is feeling better than ever at 40.
Her mission is to find out what she can accomplish athletically so that she doesn't have to wonder "what-if?".
As of today, she is in the world lead as the fastest 40-year-old female master's athlete over 400 meters.
