It's been just over a year since I started on the DAWless production path. It all began with a Circuit Tracks and has now expanded to samplers, synths and more including the SP404 MKII, Korg Minilogue and Dreadbox Erebus. While it has been a great ride, I want to take a look back at the lessons learned, my own gear journey, the ways I'd recommend starting with DAWless, and whether it's worth the hassle.
