How to Install Apache2 on Ubuntu. Configure http to https redirect with free Let's Encrypt SSL cert.
In this video I use Always Free Oracle Cloud Instance to install Apache2 webserver, configure vhost file to accept requests on ports 80 HTTP and 443 HTTPS, and do permanent redirect to HTTPS. Get free 90days SSL certificate from lets encrypt with certbot, and configure cron job for SSL certificate auto renewal.
