Honour Mode Gone Wrong against Dallas, the Hammer
In this video, we take on Honour Mode in Divinity Original Sin 2, against Dallas the Hammer. This is a brutal battle where survival is the name of the game. Watch as we struggle against this deadly mode and see if we can emerge victorious!
I made big mistakes, including ending Ifan by igniting the oil he was standing on after resurrecting him. That said, I feel I did a great job clutching the fight out when I stunned Dallis with Electric Discharge, changing the water surface into an electrified water surface triggering Elemental Affinity giving me just enough AP to teleport Alexander to the other side of the electrified puddle, putting me out of the line of sight for of his Staff of Magus Skill because of the cage.
This team composition is an all 4 Elemental specialist team that provides the surfaces they need for Elemental Affinity in a perfect loop once we reach level 9:
Lohse The Hydromancer Casts Rain at the start of her combo (out of combat if possible)
Beast the Auromancer casts Electric Discharge to Electrify the water.
Ifan the Geomancer casts either Turn Oil or Contamination to turn Electrified Water to a poison or Oil Surface.
Red Prince the Pyromancer starts his combo with igniting the oil or poison for a fire surface and then end his combo with rain to remove the fire surface for a steam cloud
Lohse The Hydromancer cleans up any remaining fire with more rain
Then Finally it goes back to beast the Aurothurge who Casts a Pressure spike to reset the Steam cloud into a water surface for him to electrify
When executed correctly you put out a ton of damage in every element and its quite fun to boot!
