Marauder Secret Encounter strategy (Doom Eternal)
Just a quick video that will hopefully make this encounter a bit less infuriating. The Ballista is also a viable gun for the Marauder but I prefer the super shotgun. On PS4 quick weapon shifting is not as easy as on PC so I stick with shotty due to time limit. For the rest of the encounters of the Marauder in Doom Eternal I use both Ballista and Super shotgun.
You can also stagger him with your grenades so chuck a few his way and you might get lucky. This is only on "hurt me plenty" but tactics are the same no matter how sadistic you are :) Good luck
