It seems as though traditional Rated Battlegrounds will still be present in The War Within Expansion.
I was lucky enough or receive Alpha access and am able to confirm that Achievements cover both 'Rated Battlegrounds' and 'Rated Battleground Blitz' suggesting Premade RBGs will remain as an option for players.
Unable to confirm whether or not RBGs will remain 10v10 or transition to an 8v8 format.
