What's DWG?
It's a file extension or AutoCAD Drawing Database, this extension used by AutoCAD support all 2D and 3D Drawing.
The only way to see a document with this extension, is to have AutoCAD installed in the computer you want to see that document. To solve that, AutoCAD gives you the option to export, save or convert to different file format.
