In this seminar, Dr Siôn Roberts will outline some of the challenges that coal legacy sites pose to the developer and geotechnical consultant and will illustrate how these can be assessed and mitigated, using examples from a range of case studies relating to residential and commercial developments on land affected by historic coal extraction.
