Why I Don't Use Compression in FL Studio | How To Glue Without Compression
I find that a lot of beginners will use compression without really knowing why they are using it. This is probably the best way to avoid overcompression.
I'm not saying to never use compression. I'm just pointing out when it should be used, why I rarely use it and what I use instead of compression.

This music producer tutorial channel was created to focus on modern techniques to produce music inside of FL Studio. Many of these FL Studio tutorials can still be applied to any DAW by using the same concepts I explain with each producer tutorial.
